Please read these terms carefully before using our website or enrolling in any programs at Chordscraft Institute of Music.

Welcome to ChordsCraft Institute of Music LLP. This User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Student", or "Guardian") and ChordsCraft Institute of Music LLP ("Company", "Institute", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, enrolling in our digital pedagogy services, or scheduling masterclasses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

ChordsCraft Institute of Music LLP provides premier hybrid and remote musical instruction, including but not limited to:

Live 1-on-1 and group keyboard, piano, and vocal coaching.

Specialized masterclasses (such as our signature Midnight Piano series).

Structural music theory tracking.

Distribution of proprietary student lesson notes and academic materials.

The following rules govern registration and payments for all remote pedagogy programs:

Fee Structure

  • All tuition fees, registration fees, and batch charges are declared upfront and are subject to structure modifications as outlined by the Academic Administration.

Payment Schedule

  • Fees must be cleared in accordance with the specified billing cycles before access to live streaming slots, multi-camera digital environments, or institutional assets is cleared.

Refund Policy

  • All tuition fees, registration fees, and specialized masterclass charges are non-refundable and non-transferable once instructional operations or batch setups have commenced.
  • However, the Institute recognizes that exceptional, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such rare instances, any exceptional refund request will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis and remains entirely at the sole administrative discretion of the ChordsCraft Management Team.

Students and instructors are expected to maintain professional decorum during remote sessions.

Any student engaging in inappropriate behavior, unauthorized streaming, recording, or disruptive conduct during online live lectures will face immediate structural suspension without liability for a tuition refund.

All curriculum architecture, custom notation worksheets, staff notation PNG arrangements, branding typography, and digital stationery templates—including all variations of the Midnight Piano by Vishesh Vasisht templates and the core ChordsCraft Crest—remain the absolute intellectual property of ChordsCraft Institute of Music LLP.

No user is permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit these assets without written executive authorization.

To access our premium digital studio workflows, the student is entirely responsible for establishing a stable, high-speed internet connection, appropriate audio monitoring equipment, and an operational camera setup.

The Institute is not liable for structural make-up classes if lessons are missed due to local infrastructure failures on the student's end.

ChordsCraft Institute of Music LLP, its directors, partners, and designated instructors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of technical server downtime, scheduling re-alignments, or variations in external student digital environments.

This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal disputes, mediation processes, or claims arising under these terms shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
